    At first glance, Greyfriars looks like it could have potential. But that image quickly shatters as I noticed some obvious flaws to the place. I had stopped by for a gathering with friends and it was the first and last time I will go to this awful bar. The bartenders were extremely impolite. They stood behind the counter sipping drinks while other patrons (including me) waited for our orders to be taken. When they finally approached me without any hint of friendliness in their eye, they manage to screw up the order as well. Any bartender knows the difference between a pint and pitcher. Everywhere but at Greyfriars. When I pointed out their mistake, I was given a look of hate and contempt. The tables where arranged in awkward positions and wobbled when I placed my drink on it. I ordered a plate of nachos and after a long wait, a slab of incomprehensible mess was brought to my table. It have few nachos in it and the toppings look gray and unappetizing. How could you screw up nachos!? I left it alone after a few bites. The bathroom was dirty and a urinal was overflowing when I entered. An overwhelming stench came from the stalls even though they were not occupied. I didn't dare look in. One of the worst aspects about Greyfriars was the security. They seem to be totally unaware of their surroundings. As I left this godawful excuse of a bar, I noticed someone was pissing just a few feet from the front doors. Security didn't seem to care or did not notice at all. Security at Greyfriars can be compared to a couple of chained monkeys. But alas, this would not be a fair comparison for the monkeys might do a much better job. All in all, Greyfriars was a unpleasant experience that left a sour taste in my mouth (both figuratively and literally). The bartenders and security staff were unfit to work in a bar. They were the worst aspect about the place. I would give Greyfriars 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO THERE!
